This innovative packaging not only ensures the protection of your mattress but also makes delivery hassle-free. Our boxed mattresses are designed to be easily transported and set up in your desired room. For most mattress sizes, this compact packaging allows us to offer free shipping. Please note that the delivery time for our boxed mattresses is typically 2-4 weeks from the date of your order.

Once your mattress is dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification to monitor its journey to your doorstep. Return Policy

At SAFRON we stand behind the quality and comfort of our mattresses. We want you to experience the best sleep possible, which is why we offer a hassle-free 100-day trial on all our mattresses. We understand that choosing the right mattress is a personal decision, and we want to ensure you have ample time to make that determination in the comfort of your own home.

Experience 100 days free trial

Your 100-day trial period begins from the day your mattress is delivered to your doorstep.
During this period, sleep soundly knowing that if you're not completely satisfied with your mattress, you have the option to initiate a return.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Contact our Customer Support: If you decide to return your mattress within the 100-day trial period, simply reach out to our customer support team via email or phone.
2. Return Authorisation: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
3. Arrange Pickup or Drop-off: Once you have the RA number, we will arrange for the mattress to be picked up from your location. In some cases, we may ask you to drop off the mattress at a designated location.
4. Full Refund: Upon receiving the returned mattress and confirming its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that the refund process may take 7-10 business days.

Return Conditions:

  • The mattress must be in good condition, free from damage or stains
  • The 100-day trial is applicable to the original purchaser only
    Exclusions:
  • Pillows, mattress toppers, and other bedding accessories are not covered by the 100-day trial.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our smaller items will ship free for orders over ₹3,756.74.

Mattress orders will incur shipping charges based on the mattress selected and the weight of the product. These will be calculated at checkout based on the address provided

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping and charges will be calculated at checkout. Please note, the customer will be responsible for any customs duty or VAT as applicable.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@safronco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is our priority and if you are not satisfied with our product, we will accept returns up to 100 days after delivery for our mattresses and 45 days for our crib mattresses. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused, unworn, undamaged condition. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and a ₹8,264.67 processing fee. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your card or bank statement. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@safron.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
