Return Process:

1. Contact our Customer Support: If you decide to return your mattress within the 100-day trial period, simply reach out to our customer support team via email or phone.

2. Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

3. Arrange Pickup or Drop-off: Once you have the RA number, we will arrange for the mattress to be picked up from your location. In some cases, we may ask you to drop off the mattress at a designated location.

4. Full Refund: Upon receiving the returned mattress and confirming its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method less processing fee of $99/Rs.9000. Please note that the refund process may take 7-10 business days.

Return Conditions:

• The mattress must be in good condition, free from damage or stains.
• The 100-day trial is applicable to the original purchaser only.

Exclusions:

• Pillows, mattress toppers, and other bedding accessories are not covered by the 100-day trial and return policy.
